Return Policy

Return Eligibility

  • All sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. 
  • Items purchased from RE/DONE are eligible for a refund if they are returned/postmarked within 14 days of the shipped date. 
  • Return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount. This amount will be quoted during the time of creating the return 
  • All items must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted for return or exchange.  
  • We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return that shows signs of wear.
  • Restocking Fee: If 5 or more items are returned from the same order the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee that will be automatically deducted from your return.

Promo Codes

  • Discount codes can be used toward any original or full priced item and returned. 
  • If the code is applied to a Final Sale or Sale item, it will not be eligible for return.  

Price Adjustments 

  • We offer price adjustments within a 14 day time period from when the order is placed 
  • We do not offer price adjustments for items that are purchased at a sale or marked down price 

International Returns?

Damaged Item

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately by email: customercare@shopredone.com

Free Repairs 

  • If your RE/DONE jeans rips or tears please email > customercare@shopredone.com with flat images and a detailed description of what you would like repaired. 
  • We will happily replace Tees or Re/done Levi's within one year of purchase should the item be damaged beyond repair > Register Your Jeans!
